3. Photo Usage

Photos taken during the session will only be used for promotional purposes (such as portfolios, website, or social media) with prior written consent via a signed Model Release form.

All digital data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized staff only.

These terms govern the relationship between highrateco.com and clients who book photographic services for children and young athletes.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session | Full payment must be completed by the day of the session | Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

2. Session Details

Each package outlines the number of outfits, compositions, and file deliverables | Sessions take place in our Plano, TX studio unless otherwise arranged.

3. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via secure online gallery within 5–10 business days | Edited photos are provided according to the package purchased.

| Print consultation is included in selected packages.

4. Artistic Direction

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the photographer’s creative vision and editing style. Requests for additional edits may incur extra charges.

5. Liability

While every care is taken, highrateco.com is not liable for injuries or lost items during sessions. Parents or guardians must supervise minors during the entire appointment.

6. Use of Images

No image may be reproduced, published, or altered without written permission from highrateco.com unless the rights are explicitly granted to the client.
